We have a professional team that works on any maintenance or repairs. Any emergency maintenance/repair needs outside of business hours are sent to one of our qualified, experienced 24-hour vendors.
Rent Collection
We collect rent via our tenant portal. Tenants can submit their bank information and access autopay options. If tenants are not up-to-date on payments, we work with them to figure out a viable solution.
Tenant Screening
Sourcing the ideal tenants is critical for the success of your California property. Our comprehensive application process includes a phone interview, background check, and bank statements.
Enforcement
If lease rules are broken, we'll communicate with tenants about the importance of abiding by the rules. We'll ensure these renters abide by the rules. In the rare event, they don't follow the rules we'll move forward with legal action.
