We offer services such as renovation and rental comparisons to make sure you the most value from your units, and we handle all your bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable needs.
Rental Marketing
We market properties on multiple leading websites. After obtaining interest, we follow up with call to each of the prospective tenants and guide them through applications.
Inspections
First, if there are any tenants in the property, we give them a notice of inspection. Afterwards, we go out with our professional team and inspect the whole property. If more detailed property inspection is required, we hire a third party professional property inspector.
Maintenance
We have a professional team that works on any maintenance or repairs. Any emergency maintenance/repairs needs outside of business hours are sent to one of out 24 hour vendors.
Rent Collection
We collect rent on time trough our tenant portal, and we allow tenant to put in there bank information to allow for autopay options. If tenants are not current we give them a phone call to see why they have not paid and if we can work out a solution.
Tenant Screening
We have an extensive application process which includes a phone interview as well as a background check and a look at bank statements.
Enforcement
If lease rules are broken, we will notify tenants that they need to abide by the rules, and we will ask them if they have any problems with the rules. If they continue to not follow the rules we will move forward with legal action.
